Christmas mini session
photography and design
This was a VERY EXCITING photo shoot! This is my little brother and his beautiful fiance Katie! I was so happy to do their photo’s! Jon couldn’t have picked a sweeter, loving person. I am thrilled that Katie is joining our family! Her and Jon are such an Amazing couple! They are so kind and considerate of each other, and LOVE each other very much! Several months before they were engaged, Jon came to me and told me he was planning on asking Katie to marry him. He and Katie had planned a trip to Arizona to see some of her family. He had it all planned out to a tee. Everyone one knew he would purpose on a hiking trail Katie used to hike with her Dad when she was a kid! I am so EXCITED for their Wedding Day, I don’t know if I will be able to hold it together. Time really flies by, and he has become such a wonderful young man. Jon I am SO PROUD OF YOU, for finding the love of your life and all of your accomplishments! I love you both so much, and I wish you many years of happiness!
Just wanted to announce some changes for the year 2013! After some consideration I have decided that I will no longer be offering Wedding Day Sessions! I will still be offering all other session like, Senior’s, Families, Newborns, Engagements, Bridals and so forth. I just felt it was time for some changes this year, and I would really love to focus on certain areas of my Photography.
I had the pleasure of photographing Halie’s maternity portraits yesterday! I really enjoy photographing Haile, she is such a natural in front of the camera. I often used her as my model when I felt like taking a photo adventure. She was always eager to help. We woke up super early Sunday morning and ventured out to the Sunflower field! I have been wanting to take pictures in a sunflower field FOREVER, and I finally got the chance! We had beautiful lighting that morning and beautiful subjects to photograph! Both Halie and her husband were troopers, we tromped through dewy grass, wet sunflowers, bumble bee’s and the heat! It all paid off, we got some Beautiful shots! Thanks for being troopers and letting me create my vision! Hope you enjoy!
Well, I can’t believe it! My lil brother is a Senior this year. I had the pleasure of taking his photo’s before he left to attend his Senior Prom. Jason you looked handsome, and Sarah you looked beautiful. Thanks so much for allowing me to take your pictures, and for spending the weekend with me. Love you both! congratulations on your senior year!
So I love to go on Pinterest and look at all the DIY crafts. I saw a wreath on there made of coffee filters and thought, hmmm I would love to make that for my front door! After reading the instructions for how to make it, I thought well that will be easy! It was easy but very time consuming, it took me a couple of days to make it (I am not the most patient person). The end result turned out great and I love it!
